Burlap Wreath

Since burlap is all the rage in the blogosphere, I decided to see what it was all about. I saw this idea HERE. Oh for cuteness. I had to try this out. My husband kicked me out of the house (nicely, that is) for a much needed break on Saturday and I went craft shopping. I grabbed some burlap from Joann's 50% off and did a happy dance all the way home. I set to work and was finished within 15 minutes. I have to admit I wasn't terribly excited with the finished product at first since it is different from my normal kind of craft, but it is growing on me now. As far as where the wreath is now, I'm working on the shelf above it but that's a whole new project. I think I've found a new obsession along with monograms.
